PACKAGES.
Products in your order may ship independently of each other. Each shipment will be assigned its own tracking number, provided upon package dispatch.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the production + processing of your order ahead of the dispatch of a shipping notification.
CARRIER SHIPPING CLASS.
This retailers ships via USPS First Class, wherein packages are on a general 3-7 day "expected" delivery range by the postal service. However, SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED by USPS, and may take up to three or more weeks.
SHIPPING ISSUE, LOST OR LATE PACKAGE?
Once your package leaves our possession with a tracking number, responsibility for its delivery lies with the USPS. Issues with lost or late packages must be addressed by the Purchaser directly to the carrier, through its Help Request or Claim portal. We will be happy to provide additional package details for these claims at your request.
RETURNED PACKAGES.
This retailer relies on the true and accurate shipping details entered by the Purchaser during the checkout process. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you may correct your shipping address and have it sent again for a re-shipping fee based on package weight to U.S. or international destinations.
