All merchandise purchases at lishabell.com are final sale. Returns, or exchanges are not offered.

POST-SALE CHANGES TO ORDER.

Need a post-sale size or address change or revision to your order? We’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee the availability to make such changes once your sale has posted. Send a message to: support@lishabell.com for assistance inquiries.

SHIPPING ISSUE, LOST OR LATE PACKAGE?

Once your package leaves our possession with a tracking number, responsibility for its delivery lies with the USPS. Issues with lost or late packages must be addressed by the Purchaser directly to the carrier, through its Help Request or Claim portal. We will be happy to provide additional package details for these claims at your request.

RETURNED PACKAGES.

This retailer relies on the true and accurate shipping details entered by the Purchaser during the checkout process. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you may correct your shipping address and have it sent again for a re-shipping fee based on package weight to U.S. or international destinations.
