LOST OR LATE PACKAGE? Once your shipment is fulfilled with a tracking number, responsibility for its delivery lies with the USPS. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you may correct your shipping address and have it sent again for a re-shipping fee based on package weight to U.S. or international destinations.
